As a first-generation immigrant, Natalia was eager to make a home for herself in the new country. She felt more than welcomed in the USA and quickly moved on to shifting from a student visa to a working visa.
Calling the U.S. her true home since 1998, today Natalia is a proud citizen of the beautiful country and forever grateful for the opportunities and lovely people it has allowed her to come across.
A proud mother to three beautiful children and a loving wife, Natalia truly understands the blissful feeling of being able to call a house as your ‘home’. Her undying passion for real estate made her make her first real estate investment in Europe when she was only 24 years old.
Despite always dreaming of becoming a realtor, Natalia’s decision of not jumping into the real estate industry was surprising but it really did work in her favor! After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Arkansas Technology University, she started working in the transportation industry as an Operations Manager. This role offered her excellent opportunities of traveling to and living in different U.S. states. Throughout her job term, she temporarily settled into several states, including Arkansas, Colorado, Denver, St. Louis MS, and Florida.
Florida, however, stole her heart and she has been a true Floridian since 2008, calling Florida her ‘forever home’! After living in Florida for two years, Natalia decided that it was time to shift her career priorities. In 2010, she finally decided to make her ultimate dream come true and stepped into the real estate world. She began her real estate career by investing in residential properties in Florida.
Consistently growing through her career, she currently serves as a landlord and property manager of her investments. Boasting long-term rentals and zero vacancy rates as a landlord, she has been living her dream ever since, providing people with residential properties that they can call ‘home’.
As a realtor, Natalia loves finding dream homes for buyers and lucrative properties for investors. She also takes pride in helping sellers seal great deals for their properties. Her love and passion for real estate seem to know no limits.
